When you register or make a payment for any counselling or admission guidance service on our website (thecerebralcompass.com) or through our representatives, it indicates your full agreement with our terms, pricing, and process.

All payments made for counselling, guidance, or consultation services are considered final unless covered under the refund clauses below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

• If you refuse to register yourself after an initial consultation or booking, a 15% deduction will be applied from the total amount paid. The remaining 85% will be refunded to you within the applicable time frame.

• If there is any problem from our company’s end, such as a technical error, duplicate payment, or service not delivered as promised, you will receive a 110% refund of the amount paid.

This ensures that our clients are protected in case of any inconvenience caused by us.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that the following are non-refundable:

• Fees paid for completed counselling sessions or services already delivered.

• Any third-party charges, including university or institution application fees.

• Payments made after the final stage of admission confirmation or seat booking.

4. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Send a written request to support@cerebralcompass.com within 7 working days of payment.

2. Include your name, registered mobile number, payment details, and the reason for the refund request.

3. Once verified, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
